Things people ask us first

Q1

Which of the two should I pick?

Go by your week rather than the money, since the daily range is the same on both. If your days are already broken up, take the part-time one. If you would rather clock the same hours every morning, the full-time one is the easier fit. You can also say you are unsure and we will talk it through on WhatsApp.

Q2

Have I got the right setup at home?

A phone will get you through the application and the first conversation. For the work itself a laptop or desktop is easier on the eyes. Beyond that it is a steady connection and a spot where you are not being interrupted. You are never asked to buy equipment or software.

Q3

I have never done anything like this. Is that a problem?

Not at all — it describes most of the people we place. The training covers everything you need and runs before your first shift, and every batch of work arrives with its own instructions. Turning up when you said you would matters far more here than a long CV.

Q4

How quickly does this move?

Send the form, message us on WhatsApp, and you will usually have an answer the same working day. Most applicants finish their chat inside two days and start in the same week once training is done.

Q5

Who actually pays me?

The employer does, on whatever payroll schedule they already run. We introduce you and stay reachable if something needs sorting out, but the pay itself never comes through us and nothing is ever deducted at our end.
